I just bought Splatoon 2 in a Jap store, and I completely forgot about this. Now my game is stuck in Jap and I have no idea what's going on in the game. If anyone knows how to change it into English, please tell me.

Phantom Baphomet (6 months ago)
I wonder if Seiken Densetsu Collection has English option. That has Final Fantasy Adventure (SD1), Secret of Mana 1(SD2) and 2(SD3). (Seiken Densetsu <> SD) Even if it dont, i still can get by lol.

All those translations sucks ass. Japanese game translations are horrible. It's hard to call them translations, more like rewrites.

Hay I bought dragon quest x on the switch but I can't get it to play
Vaibhav Shah (1 year ago)
I cannot wait for Switch to be hacked so that we can run emulators. Man I used to play 2 player games like Contra with my friends when I was a kid. Imagine doing to same on a tablet and two instantly available controllers whenever we want.

And here i thought that all japanese games on the switch has english language option and i mean all of them...
Arbo TM (1 year ago)
is there going to be censorship in American version? after the second one they made 2 versions one that followed American censorship laws and an original. I'm wanting to know if getting the Japanese version will keep to original full dark humor or if its the same content regardless. They even started doing that you monster Hunter
Darth Sceledrus (1 year ago)
What's the game at 0:24
thenspeakonit (1 year ago)
I have TWO QUESTIONS.. what physical copies are available as of today? what Japanese physical copies will NOT release in America that have English capabilities? Example: I am setsuna
Steve Mata (1 year ago)
Cool if was nice games but those games are shit
James Fox (1 year ago)
Soldam: Bloom Declaration [aka Soldam 2] can now be played in English
Goldmario79 (1 year ago)
Even if Japanese Switch games saw a 10% bump from US buying their games.. they saved all the time/money/resources of not having to localize here but just leaving ENG on subtitles and menus. I just bought I Am Setsuna physical copy and cant wait!
New Pop'n Music Switch game I wondered.

It's April and still no Vroom in the Night Sky in the American Nintendo Switch eShop. Could you at Censored Gaming contact Nintendo about this?
Myung Kou Kang (1 year ago)
Censored Gaming either is wrong or lied about Vroom in the Night Sky. They said that game is out for Europe and U.S. territories. While that seems to be true of Europe, that is not the case for the U.S. at all, not unless you download it from other region's eShop.
Myung Kou Kang (1 year ago)
When I checked the eShop, the NeoGeo games were available in the U.S. eShop. I was able to purchase Shock Troopers, and World Perfect Heroes. Based on what you, Censored Gaming, said about Vroom in the Night Sky being available in the U.S. region, I tried looking for it, but nothing. What is going on with that game?
drout (1 year ago)
I would like to see rhythm heaven for the switch
曾普他托 (1 year ago)
Can you get the same game if you paid it on 3ds? And, is there anything only available in North America?

OmegaMetroid93 (1 year ago)
I would love to see this turned into a series for whenever new import-friendly games are released in Japan. After buying Disgaea 5, I ended up with 960 yen left in my account, so now I'm waiting for something good and cheap that is fully playable and enjoyable without knowing Japanese. Maybe once the VC drops, there might be something.
Marray Soegino (1 year ago)
There seems to be a misconception on the Othello game. It is not Othello, it is a Japanese game called Go where it focuses on territory by surrounding your opponent.
I wish it was Go... but no, it's really Othello :(

Vexo___ _ (5 months ago)
VixyNyan [Chounyuu Angel Princess] I went to their website, and when I looked up an eShop card for Japan I only saw one for Wii U/3DS. Can this card be used on the Switch as well?

I got disgaea 5 for switch in the mail from amazonJP yesterday and i was surprised. The title on the box and cartridge are in japanese but once you pop it into a Switch(US) the english title pops up on screen and all audio and text default to english. 100% same game as the US version set to release in may. There was no option to enable the japanese text that i could find but you can change the audio from English to Japanese just like in the previous titles.

Kind of tempted to get every multiplatform game on the Switch now instead of on PS4 since games don't install and the console is a hybrid, but... I don't really know. Thoughts?
David .Barrantes (8 months ago)
I would but there are 2 issues with this: 1. Space on Nintendo switch is limited 2. Not many multi platform games are taking the switch into account (at least for now)
Fayez Fawzi (1 year ago)
I would do it.
It's AwoOOoVement! (1 year ago)
Alyssa I would do it. Once I get my switch it's going to become my main system.
Mustachioed Bear (1 year ago)
nice to see snk fighting games on the switch. kinda unlikely but i really want to see The Last Blade 2. One of my favorite fighting games.
Prysm Kitsune (1 year ago)
love that clickbait tittle, thats NOT what region free means, region free means there games wont be locked to either PAL or whatever the acronym for the other one is NTSC i think the game will still be IN japanesse if you ordered the japanees game.
Prysm Kitsune (1 year ago)
no big, i went overboard with the exposition there too so eh.
Jinsei Cast (1 year ago)
+Prysm Kitsune That is true. Sorry for flying off the handle like that.
Prysm Kitsune (1 year ago)
'if' the tittle of this video implies ALL switch games will, which is not the case, not at all, all they have promised is that you could conceivably buy a switch in japan, then play a game you bought in America on it without any issues the American game wouldn't magically be in Japaneses and if you did it he other way around the Japaneses game wouldn't magically be in English just cause your playing it on an American bought switch, this is what not having a region lock means...not that 'every' game will be translated into English now im willing to give the benefit of the doubt and say the video's maker may not have 'intended' the tittle to imply as such, he may have meant it completely differently, you reaaaaly have to be careful how you word things these days.
Jinsei Cast (1 year ago)
If it supports the English language option... Voila, you an read.

the switch will be a worthy PS vita successor
gerot201 (2 months ago)
yea like the switch controllers but than again Japanese people dont have that big of hands
robinchwan (3 months ago)
the vita was clumsy let's be honest! some things were simple yes but it was very much clumsy.. specially for people with big hands!
wait what disgaea has english options or does it do what the splatoon 2 global testfire does and turns into the english icon?

SugoiDude (1 year ago)
Its not region locked?! OMG Now I will be able to play FE games right at Amercian release, since I live in Europe but in an English speaking country :D
chris sykes (1 year ago)
this is why I havnt got a switch yet. all those games look like complete shit to me. these retro looking games really piss me off. with the powerful consoles and pcs available to us today why the fuck are people still making shitty games that could easily be run on a snes or gameboy. if I wanted to play retro games I would buy a retro console
Agent3 (11 months ago)
My 2nd favourite game is 2d, got a problem??
Vaibhav Shah (1 year ago)
Ummm because graphics is not everything? You should pick one of these retro like games and try it. They are surprisingly fun. The simple mechanics means that level design is tight. Also, most of these retro games are local 2 player. Which means I can play with a friend like I used to on my bootleg NES during my childhood.
fightnight14 (1 year ago)
chris sykes True but those shitty games are not the flagship. You would be surprised how much people still want to play those games especially with a 2nd player locally
Senor Frijol (1 year ago)
But can I play those famous dating sims I'm not gonna lie that shit looks interesting I wonder why they're so popular

Can I somehow play Zelda with Japanese voices but with English text?
robinchwan (3 months ago)

5:12 porn purchases.
DarklordKyo (1 year ago)
I don't get Disgaea 5 getting released here three months late. Considering the lion's share of the exporting process, the localization, is already long complete, and they don't even need to change the region code on the discs, why the delay?
omni_inmo (1 year ago)
No reason to make a new account, you can change your region at anytime on your main account at the mynintendo website. I quickly skimmed over uk, japan, and aus and it would have taken a lot longer if i had made a brand new account each time.
omni_inmo (1 year ago)
how? are you a child? small hands? it takes 2 minutes.
Jinsei Cast (1 year ago)
That only sounds more tedious overall.
untseac (1 year ago)
Well were is Zelda with Japanese voices? Nowhere. Fail.
TonyDaExpert (1 year ago)
The 2nd game is available in the UK

I speak Japanese though
